Before submitting budget request forms, please read the guidelines first. Then, complete the below form which will be sent to the Student Senate Treasurer, via firstname.lastname@example.org.
By submitting this request, the aforementioned Student Group acknowledges having read the Relevant Finance Committee Guidelines. The Student Group recognizes that all receipts pertaining to the allocation must be sent to the Student Senate Treasurer, in the same manner as the request, within two weeks of the funds being spent. Failure to do so, or a failure to spend the funds in accordance with the allocation, will result in the related funds being rescinded.
