Club Council meets usually once a month. This meeting gives the chance for student groups to discuss with each other events they are having and brainstorm new ideas. It also allows the Senate Student Groups Committee to share important information and for the groups to ask questions. These meetings are required for all student groups. Please be sure to have a delegate in attendance!
Student Group Registration
Student group registration is available from May 1 through September 15 and again from January 15 to February 15 each year.
To form a new student group or approve your club for this upcoming year, you can access the document on Jayweb. Once logged in, select “Online Forms” and then select “Student Groups.” Email email@example.com with any questions or concerns you may have.
